Our data shows that 40% of employed young Europeans plan to leave their current job in the next year, while 20% of Millennials have quit their jobs in the past year. As companies scramble to fill roles, the typical pay for graduates in the U.K. has risen to £30,500 in 2021—up by £833, according to the Institute of Student Employers. (BBC)
