A “Stranger Things” immersive experience is coming to NYC and L.A.

Nov 05 2021

Stranger Things immersive experience is coming to NYC and L.A. Opening just in time for Stranger Things Day on November 6 (yes, that’s a real thing now), Netflix is opening themed pop-up shops in NYC and L.A. where fans can experience the “Upside Down” via interactive photo ops and exclusive merch. A 1980s-themed General Mills “Stranger Things” cereal, action figures of the show’s Demogorgon, and merchandise from Starcourt Mall awaits fans inside the tricked-out ‘80s experience, and visitors can snap pictures at the Hawkins Middle School Snowball Dance and at Joyce’s House along with playing arcade games at the Palace Arcade. With Stranger Things video games coming to Netflix and endless hype building for season four, the themed activation is sure to be a hit among Gen Z and Millennials by giving them a taste of what it’s like to live inside one of their favorite TV shows.
