London nightclubs are promoting and offering vaccines to young people. Starting in September, young people looking to get the party (re)started will be required to have had two doses of a COVID vaccine to enter nightclubs and other large-scale events in the U.K. In an effort to bump up the 67% vaccination rate among young adults, top London nightclubs are promoting vaccines on their social channels—and some are even offering jabs through pop-up vaccination sites. Almost as soon as vaccines were available, brands launched campaigns to incentivize the jab. In the U.K., Uber, Bolt, and Deliveroo were among the first to offer vaccinated people discounts and vouchers. According to our on-demand PULSE survey, 62% of 16-34-year-olds in the U.S. say brands should indeed encourage people to get vaccinated. (Access All Areas)
