H&M is helping young men build confidence for job interviews with free 24-hour suit rentals.

H&M is helping young men build confidence for job interviews with free 24-hour suit rentals. The past year’s events have heightened young people’s anxiety surrounding job security, and H&M is supporting young men by offering a free 24-hour suit rental service for job interviews. The brand’s campaign is meeting young men where they’re at to help them come back from one of the worst job crises. Suit-wearers can choose from a variety of sizes and colors online and have it delivered for free, and the campaign website, H&M One Second Suit, also offers advice, interview tips, and support. H&M’s service is live in the U.K. and will launch in the U.S. in May to help young men make “a powerful first impression.” (YPulse’s research has found that Millennial womens’ employment has been harder hit than males’, so a similar brand activation for the opposite sex might be appreciated as well.)
