Gen Z is the most likely to ditch working from home in the post-COVID future. While lockdowns have driven companies to adopt more flexible and widespread WFH policies, younger workers are itching to get back to the office. According to a CommercialCafe survey, 37% of Gen Z employees said their work-life balance has “deteriorated” as a result of WFH policies during the pandemic compared to 55% of Boomer who say they haven’t experienced any change in their work-life balance.
