Roblox is hosting their first album launch party for pop star Ava Max. Fortnite and Minecraft aren’t the only popular gaming platforms hosting virtual concerts. Roblox is entering the space by hosting their first virtual launch party featuring pop star Ava Max. To celebrate the release of her Heaven & Hell album, Roblox is unleashing a “first-of-its-kind immersive album launch party and virtual fan meetup” later this month. It will feature a Q&A with the artist, a performance with new songs from the album, a merch store, and in-game quests—all of which are expected to take place on a “sky-high dance floor.” (The Verge)
