Coors Light just turned the most popular video chat backgrounds into actual vacations. YPulse’s most recent travel report found that 64% of 13-39-year-olds are still interested in taking trips and travelling before there is a vaccine for the virus. Now, Coors light is getting creative with COVID marketing with a new sweepstakes that gives fans a chance to win a vacation to the places they’ve been using as video chat backgrounds during lockdown. To enter, participants must upload a screenshot of themselves in their “ideal video chat background” on the official site. While many brands have created custom backgrounds to fit their marketing into the COVID-era, Coors is the first to transform the now-digital-mainstays into “a real-life experience.” (Marketing Dive)
