| Apple could be getting ready to enter the at-home exercise boom. YPulse research shows that 63% of young consumers would rather work out at home than in a public place post-COVID, and fitness apps have reportedly seen a 67% increase during the pandemic. Now, it looks like Apple might want a piece of the at-home fitness pie. The tech giant is reportedly developing a monthly subscription for online exercise classes that would stream on Apple products, including iPhones and Apple TVs. The content being built into their devices could give them a leg up on competition by providing a built-in audience. (The majority of young consumers currently use iPhones, according to YPulse data.)
