COVID is reshaping the future of the workplace—which could include a different office layout and more remote work. YPulse’s exclusive COVID research found that 61% of 19-37-year-olds are working remotely because of COVID, and 41% say their work performance has been negatively impacted. But there are still fears and anxieties that physically coming into the office would expose them to the virus, and remote working will undoubtedly be a bigger part of culture going forward.
