Speaking of fashion, COVID-19 could change the way young people dress forever.

Apr 30 2020

Speaking of fashion, COVID-19 could change the way young people dress forever. With a newfound quarantine lifestyle comes a fashion wardrobe of loungewear and athleisure. Influencers like Bella Hadid are wearing big, comfy jeans with hand-painted elements and N95 respirators, while Irina Shayk is donning oversized hoodies and face scarves. However, fashion lovers are still looking for opportunities to dress up, with hashtags like #QuarantineChic racking up posts. Some historians are predicting that instead of continuing to live in sweats and pajamas, consumers post-pandemic will have a renewed interest in getting dressed up once they return to the “outside” world.
