From payment relief to funding blood drives and producing medical supplies, big brands are continuing to help in the fight against COVID-19. We highlighted some of the brands who have been stepping up to show young consumers that they care. Now, American Giant and Hanes are joining in to create medical-grade masks every week, while Jo-Ann Fabrics is offering free face mask kits from the clearance bin. Some big brands have even tweaked their TV spots to align with COVID: Ford has changed their ads to focus on payment relief rather than March Madness, while Budweiser—a sponsor of the NBA—put its sports advertising money into blood drives.
