Budweiser flipped their labels so young consumers can take selfies with them. The special edition SelfieBud label is printed backwards so it appears correctly in photographs taken on front facing cameras (e.g. those taken for social media). The bottles debuted at the brand’s experiential BudX Hotel—a takeover of the Nautilus by Arlo hotel in Miami over Super Bowl weekend. Over 200 influencers (all with over 1 million followers) were invited to the event to take selfies for Instagram and Snapchat, while Halsey, the Black Eyed Peas, and other musicians performed concerts.
