Millennial travelers are turning into “Intrepid Improvers.” According to a global study by Hotels.com, 75% of Millennials in the U.S. are choosing to travel to improve their mental and physical health, broaden their horizons, and learn new skills over all-inclusive vacations. Young travelers are more likely to invest in “enriching” travel than Boomers, with 42% interested in learning-based holidays, or mental health and well-being improvement retreats, while 63% would pay more for a holiday that helps them mentally, physically, and emotionally.
