The U.S. Army wants to recruit Gen Z with a new multimillion dollar “What’s Your Warrior?” ad campaign.

The U.S. Army wants to recruit Gen Z with a new multimillion dollar “What’s Your Warrior?” ad campaign. The effort will feature bold colors, remixed music, and stories of real soldiers to connect with—and recruit—teens. The Army is facing a “recruiting slump” and needs to change Gen Z’s perception of the military to find 69,000 soldiers for active duty. The campaign plans on using data analytics and TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, to target teens who display Army-related skills and help develop those interests.
