Semipermanent tattoos are growing in popularity for young people who want the Instagram moment without the lifelong commitment. According to YPulse’s research, a quarter of Millennials currently have a tattoo, but for those who are just “tattoo-curious,” there’s a more temporary option. Companies like Inkbox are creating semipermanent tattoos, which use henna-like ink to stain the top layer of skin, and last about a weekjust enough time to take photos for social media and to give parents a little scare.
