Planned Parenthood made a sex-ed chatbot to answer questions teens don’t want to ask a real person. Roo answers questions that range from the straight-forward, “When are you no longer a virgin?” to the more complicated “How do I come out?” The chatbot provides non-judgmental, fact-based answers, and additional resources for those more sensitive queries. Since launching, teens have had over a million conversations with the bot, and it’s learning and becoming more accurate with each one. (Fast Company)
