The next generation is growing up just as hooked on Netflix as their parents. According to KidsKnowBest, 83% of U.S. parents said that a very or quite important factor for why they still use the streaming service is because their kids want it, and that number jumps to 87% in the U.K. Part of the reason kids are so adamant about the SVOD is that several shows are recruiting kids to their fandom after one view. For instance, 14% of kids said they’ve viewed Peppa Pig once and 9% said they were a fan—that’s a 68% conversion rate. (Kidscreen)
