Ikea and Little Caesars are the latest brands adding fake meat to their menus. Impossible Foods (which is known for their burgers) created a faux sausage for the pizza chain for the new Impossible Supreme Pizza. Meanwhile, Ikea’s famous meatballs are getting a meatless spin aimed at Gen Z & Millennial flexitarians. The managing director of Ikea Food Services predicts that “Even in a 10-year range, I still think people will eat meat. But I think they’ll eat dramatically less.” (Fast Company, Vox)
