Perfect beers are being brewed with hops, fruit flavors, and lots of data. Marketing agency Huge took the reviews they’ve gathered from hosting weekly beer tastings, along with ones made on the web, to identity the most popular traits for the perfect beer. The end result is two brews, full of fruity notes and “oak slash aged” flavors. The agency won’t actually be selling the beer, but their approach to product development paves the way for a data-driven retail future. (Adweek)
