Makeup is losing its stigma for young males who are intensifying their self-care routines. Euromonitor International estimates that the market for men’s grooming products will reach $64 billion in five years, after already jumping from $34 billion in 2014 to $52 billion last year. Plus, Gen Z & Millennials have a genreless approach to gender norms. The Asia-Pacific market is leading the way when it comes to male makeup, thanks to K-Pop idols, but gender neutral, “no makeup-makeup” products like BB creams are seeing rising demand among U.S. males as well.
