Magic Hat has a new wine/beer hybrid brew for young consumers that can’t choose between two of their favorite alcoholic beverages. Currently, the brewery's No. 9 beer accounts for over half of Magic Hat sales, but they’re hoping their new DuVine line (which comes in red and white) will turn them into more than a one-trick pony, and set them apart from the craft crowd. The experimental new brew will be categorized as an “other” drink, joining increasingly popular spiked seltzer, hard ciders, and malt beverages. (Fast Company)
