YouTube star Lilly Singh is NBC’s new late-night host. She’ll be replacing Carson Daly during NBC’s coveted after-hours time slot to become the first female host of a late-night show since Joan Rivers over 30 years ago—a step in the right direction to impress woke young viewers. Last Call With Carson Daly is being swapped out for A Little Late with Lilly Singh, and Singh could bring her YouTube-centric fans over to the traditional network. (Variety, Elle)
