Barneys is betting on bud with Instagrammable weed shops. The luxury department store is opening stores called High End (…get it?) within their current locations, starting in California. (The store could come to other states as marijuana is legalized.) From sterling silver weed grinders that cost $1475 to $950 premium glass bongs and pre-rolled joints, the cannabis products are made for “high-functioning adults who maybe use cannabis once or twice a week,” explains one founder.
