Clever Real Estate found that though most 18-34-year-olds who plan to buy a home in the next year like to use online listing sites like Zillow, 82% still want help from an IRL real estate agent as well. (Ypulse data also confirms that real estate agents are a top tool for Millennial homebuyers.) But when it comes to research, 63% said their phones were their go-to resource compared to 55% of Gen Z and 24% of Baby Boomers. (ThinkAdvisor)
