More employers are helping Millennials pay back their student loans. According to Clutch, 31% of job seekers have encountered companies that offer student loan repayment benefits (SLRPs) but only 4-5% of companies currently offer them, with companies like Fidelity adding the option in recent years. Not only should offering SLRPs appeal to Millennial applicants overall, who say paying back their debts is one of their top financial priorities, but it could also help companies boost their diversity since student debt disproportionately impacts women and minorities.
