Target is sourcing ideas from college-aged entrepreneurs.

Oct 12 2018

Target is sourcing ideas from college-aged entrepreneurs. The retailer is inviting 18-24-year-olds to an eight-week program that focuses on building socially responsible products and services. Gen Z & Millennials believe brands have a responsibility to give back, so asking them to create ethics-minded companies is a good bet. Target counts on incubators to lean into tech by leveraging young digital natives. And they’re not the only ones—Walmart and Lowe's have launched similar programs. (Digiday)
