Spotify is turning DNA results into personalized playlists. They’re taking customization to the next level by pairing up with Ancestry, letting users input their DNA results to receive a playlist that will help them connect with the cultures they come from. For instance, someone who has Chinese DNA might get classical Chinese artist Wu Fei in their playlist. Since the feature’s debut last week, 10,000 users have already traded their DNA for some tunes.
