More Millennials are becoming stay-at-home dads. When compared to Gen X fathers at the same age, the Pew Research Center found that double the percentage of 20-35-year-old Millennial fathers are staying at home to care for their kids. Of course, that percentage is still only 6% compared to Millennial moms’ 27%. The Genreless Generation’s flexible outlook on gender roles could be behind the rise. (The Week)
