How are Millennials using (and not using) the U.S. Post Office today? The organization's “overly optimistic” report on Millennials found that three in four 18-34-year-olds feel “special” when they receive personal mail but only 56% go to a post office when they send a package. Unsurprisingly, most wanted more self-service locations to avoid going to the actual post office.
