What can the NFL do to keep up with young recruits? Shedding their old-school image is a start. Social media has changed the recruiting process as ninth and tenth graders who’ve amassed online fame get early bids to colleges. But once they make it to higher leagues, the rigidity and discipline knocks them off their pedestal back to the bottom rung.
