A new study suggests that young U.K. Millennials won’t be as healthy as their parents by the time they’re middle-aged. The Health Foundation found that, “Young people enter middle age without the fundamentals needed for a healthy life.” Less than half of the 22-26-year-olds they surveyed said they had the building blocks needed for future health and happiness, which included assets like emotional support and the skills and qualifications for a career. Meanwhile, more than half reported that they had struggled to find work that was secure, fairly paid, and had opportunity for growth. (CNN)
