San Francisco is tackling vaping head-on with the strictest measure against kid-friendly flavors (like unicorn milk) in the U.S. Concerns about vaping among teens has reached a fever pitch as Juuling has taken over social media, become a status symbol, and disrupted classrooms. The first major response to the phenomenon is Proposition E, which passed with an overwhelming majority (68%) to ban the sale of all flavored tobacco products and menthol cigarettes in the city.
