The future of grocery shopping could be aided by augmented reality. Dent AR released a demo of Retail AR recently, a mobile app that uses “spacial tracking and computer vision.” The app will pop up details on items you pick up, make recommendations, and even create paths for you to follow to items in whatever recipe you’re making. The company behind the product thinks the tech could be applied to all kinds of locations, from hospitals to malls. (Mashable)
