When it comes to banking, Millennials may have more in common with older generations than they realize. Despite different circumstances (like being saddled with student debt), a study from Kasasa found that both are seeking fee-free financial services and want to be able to walk into a physical branch, even in the digital age. HSBC Bank USA’s head of innovation says we’re seeing “cyclical differences in behavior, but not structural” and he “think(s) in the next five, 10 years we’ll see more balancing out of behaviors.” (Bankrate)
