Young adults bought Dogfish Head’s SeaQuench Ale, a brew meant for “middle-aged, slowing-metabolism drinkers,” in surprising numbers, while pour-over coffee makers, knitting/crocheting, vegetable consumption, and portion control have all risen in popularity. Why? One analyst thinks 20-somethings “pursue healthy living as a way of asserting control and finding comfort in an unstable world.” (WSJ)
