Six in ten U.K. Millennials say they’re going through a quarter-life crisis. The study from First Direct Bank also found that over half of 25-35-year-olds are “finding it difficult to make ends meet.” And while 23% are stressed out by trying to find a job, 28% say they’re having a hard time finding a career that’s “challenging” enough for them. On the bright side, one psychologist explains that these crises can “be times of openness, curiosity and growth.” (EveningStandard)
