Folgers is rebooting its coffee blend for young consumers. The 167-year-old brand is switching from its signature low-cost, bulk bag approach to a higher-end option that sells for twice the price. The new blend is called 1850 and will be available in a 12-ounce bag and a K-cup option, which is taking up more market share. While coffee may be Millennials & teens’ favorite things to drink, they’re more likely to buy a cup on-the-go or brew a single cup at home. (WSJ)
