Over two in five young U.K. Millennials worry about eating meat or have already nixed it from their diets. Thirty-eight percent of 18-24-year-olds also said they’re concerned about the environmental impact of eating meat, nearly double those 55-and-over—according to The Grocer. Fake meat sales are soaring, and vegan/vegetarian diets are on the rise for young consumers who are willing to buy based on their beliefs.
