Generation Wanderlust’s travel bug could be making them better people (and job candidates) after all. Sixty-three percent of 18-35-year-old travelers told travel company Contiki that their experiences travelling have “improved their education and employment.” Seventy-five percent say they’re more confident and efficient, and 63% believe they have improved their problem-solving skills. According to Contiki’s president, Millennial travelers are “much more satisfied in their careers due to enhanced personality traits, cultural awareness, and confidence in what they can achieve in life.” (msn)
