By playing through scenarios like “surviving on a desert island or thwarting an assassination attempt against your fantasy world's king,” Scoutible builds “a fingerprint of your underlying attributes.” From that info, it predicts which potential employees have what it takes to make it long-term at a company, measuring traits like “grit, interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and creativity.” So far, the startup gamifying the hiring process has twenty clients of varying company size.
