Millennials are more likely to support NFL player protests than other generations. The Washington Post’s GenForward Survey shows that 54% of 18-30-year-olds approve of players kneeling during the national anthem to protest racism (which Ypulse has found they see as one of the biggest problems their generation faces) compared to 38% of Americans overall. Young African Americans were the most likely to agree with the players’ protest, while white Millennials were the least likely at 47% (still greater than the national average). (WP)
