Two in five U.K. Millennials have never sent a letter or parcel via “snail mail.” A study commissioned by ipostparcels, who wanted to find out if traditional post is dying, found that 43% of young consumers have never sent a letter, note, or parcel, and 77% think it’s a dying art. But that doesn’t mean there’s no hope; 81% said they would be “more excited” to receive a note or package in their mail over a message on social media.
