Gen Z and Millennials are more likely than older generations to Google themselves daily. A study from the Bank of America found that 9% of Millennials and 11% of Gen Z are running a search on themselves every day, compared to 6% of the overall population. A full 57% of 18-34-year-olds agreed that they Google themselves frequently, which even beat 13-17-year-olds’ response at 48%, as well as all other generations. The behavior is not helping the most stressed generation to date, instead adding to depression, anxiety, and more. (Moneyish)
