Converse’s back-to-school campaign is a series of GIFs starring Millie Bobby Brown. The 13-year-old actress (from Gen Z & Millennials’ sci-fi favorite, Stranger Things) does everything from dance to cry in the 32 GIFs, showing the typical teens’ wide array of “first day feels.” Brown worked with Converse once before to promote their classic Chuck Taylor sneakers, but this time she’s rocking the whole back-to-school line for the “campy project.” You can find the GIFs across the brand’s site and social channels, BuzzFeed, and Teen Vogue. GIF’s continue to play a major role in young consumers’ communication—and in marketing as a result. (Adweek, Fast Company)
