Yourfeed wants to be Millennials’ LinkedIn, catering to a younger demo than the established platform—whose average user age is 42. Seventy-one percent of LinkedIn users are over 35-years-old, and Yourfeed’s 23-year-old founder thinks the platform isn’t displaying the right opportunities for entry-level and less experienced applicants. Their algorithm displays options that match with user interests and skills at the appropriate level. Yourfeed only has 1,000 users so far, but 200 brands are already on board (including Facebook and Google) and a marketing campaign is coming soon. (Marketing Week)
