The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority reports a 10% increase in Millennial visitors from 2015 to 2016, while the number of Gen X and Boomer visitors has fallen slightly. The average age of a Las Vegas visitor in 2016 was 44-years-old—the youngest it’s been in 20 years. The city has been welcoming younger visitors by focusing on “tech-related initiatives” like social media marketing and selfie photo booths. (Las Vegas Sun)
