Memes are replacing resumes—at least at one agency. For its summer intern program, mono agency is accepting “Resumemes,” asking candidates to sell themselves in a single clever image and statement. According to the company, memes allow them to “assess a candidate's ability to bring creativity to the application.” Submissions for roles ranging from project manager to copywriter have so far included memes like a sad sloth with the caption “Both of my references are my parents.” (MediaPost)
