A Michelin-starred restaurant is cutting their prices in half—for Millennial diners only. The famous Per Se, a “ritzy farm-to-table New York establishment” with meals priced at $325 (drinks not included), is holding a “30-for-30 Dining Experience” where diners under 30-years-old get a half-priced, “trimmed-down” version of a multi-course tasting menu. Although Millennials are fueling the “foodie” culture, their financial limitations may make it hard to justify super-high-end meals, hence Per Se’s strategy to usher in the next generation of diners.
