Millennials want their mobiles to be “a personal assistant to anticipate their needs, take actions on their behalf and ultimately make their lives easier.” This insight comes from a new CSG Systems International, Inc. survey, that found 18-35-year-olds are open to the source of their future mobile service, but have their demands: almost six out of ten say they’re likely to spend more for a mobile service specifically customized to their usage patterns, 53% say the same for a service that acts like a personal assistant, and 57% are likely to pay more for better video, music, and entertainment streaming experiences.
