According to a new report, 150,000 U.S. teens identify as transgender.  Utilizing the estimates from a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention survey, which let states choose to ask residents about trans identity, Williams Institute found 0.7% of 13-17-year-olds would identify as trans if asked. The largest populations of transgender youth can be found in California, Texas, New York, and Florida, while the smallest populations are in North Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming. (NYMag)
